INFORMATION FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to the articles. 12 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Almasped SRL. as Data Controller, provides the Information to Users who interact with the Almasped SRL websites accessible through the address: www.almaspedsrl.com.

1. Data controller

The “owner” of the processing of data relating to identified or identifiable persons is Almasped SRL, with registered office in Via Manzoni n.19 c/o Centro Tir, Montano Lucino (CO).

Browsing data – log files

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the websites acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (internet domain and IP protocol, type of browser and operating system of the computer used, date, time and duration of time on the site, pages viewed, any search engine from which the site was accessed).

The personal data received during registration on the websites mentioned above, when ordering products or when receiving a contact request, are of a personal nature: name, surname, tax code, address, email address, telephone, fax , etc.

Cookies

No IT techniques are used in any way for the direct acquisition of the user’s personal identification data.

Session cookies, once the connection to the Almasped SRL website is terminated, are not stored.

4. Treatment methods

Personal data is processed based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.

Almasped SRL guarantees the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data collected, non-visibility and non-accessibility from any public access area.

The processing is carried out in an automated and/or manual manner, by specifically appointed subjects, in compliance with the security of the processing as required by the art. 32 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Almasped SRL prepares suitable organizational and technological measures to ensure that this policy is followed within the company in order to protect the personal data collected.

The personal data being processed will not be disclosed except within the limits expressed in this information and may instead be communicated to companies connected to Almasped SRL abroad in non-EU countries within the scope and limits established by art. 45, paragraph 3, of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) in order to comply with contracts and related purposes and contact requests made via websites and emails.

6. Retention period

The personal data collected are entered into the company database and stored for the duration of the requested service, at the end of which they will be deleted or made anonymous within the time limits established by law.

If the interested party revokes consent to specific processing, the data will be deleted or made anonymous within 5 working days of receiving the revocation.

7. Rights of the interested party

The interested party can assert the rights provided for by the art. 15 (right of access of the interested party), by art. 16 (right of rectification), by art. 17 (right to cancellation, “right to be forgotten”), from art. 18 (right to limit processing), by art. 20 (right to data portability) and art. 21 (right of opposition) of Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller by writing to the address: info@vodenmedical.com, or by writing by post to: Almasped SRL, Via Manzoni n.19 c/o Centro Tir, Montano Lucino (CO).

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and instructions published on the Authority’s official website at www.garanteprivacy.it.

The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free.

From the display of this information, consent to the processing of personal data referred to in the points above will be deemed to have been given.

8. Terms of Use

Access to the Almasped SRL websites entails acceptance of the application of Italian law and the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

The images, graphics, texts, data and trademarks present in the information material and on the websites are the property of Almasped SRL or are legitimately used by Almasped SRL with the authorization of their respective owner who may have established specific limitations of use.

Pursuant to Italian Copyright Law, neither the use nor the use for promotional or commercial purposes, nor the publication of images, graphics, texts, data and trademarks present in the information material and on the websites of Almasped SRL, subject to written approval by Almasped SRL itself.

Any violation of the above conditions will entitle Almasped SRL to take action in the competent offices for the protection of its rights.
